The Future of Selenium

This open source software program has invented selenium 2 released in July 2011 now followed by selenium 3.0 planning to implement soon. These are very much supported by Google. Now this selenium 2 is the basis for W3C standard. There are certain implementations and supports by Google, Mozilla and Firefox. There are endless participating in the online forums, offering help and advices. About 57 different people are been authoring changes in the code base. There have been 34 releases, with official support for Java, C#, Ruby, Javascript, Python. And the community also arrived to provide binding for Perl, PHP and others.
As the world is moving forward, now it’s a big time for selenium projects to get advanced. Selenium 3.0 is the next big target “to be a tool for user – focused automation of mobile and web apps”.
